Shipping Fees

  • United States: Free standard shipping

  • International shipping: Rates calculated at checkout (when applicable)

  • Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee


Address Accuracy

UEVOX is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

We will open a case with the carrier and assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.


Customs and Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.
UEVOX is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
